Purchases over $49 are qualified for free shipping. Purchases of $49 and less are charged a flat rate of $9.99. Shipping on Design Toscano orders under $200 is $19.99. All ground shipping usually ships out of the manufacturer's warehouse in 3 to 7 business days via UPS or FedEx to the 48 contiguous states. Please contact us for priority shipping rates such as 2nd Day, 3-Day, or Next Day Air to the Lower 48 Contiguous U.S. States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Free Returns: Orders over $49 within 48 contiguous states, able to be shipped by FedEx (Not by Truck/Freight) are eligible for free returns. Please contact us within 30 days and we will e-mail you a prepaid FedEx return label. Customers are responsible to ship back oversized items, which must be shipped by Truck/Freight at their own cost unless item is damaged or defective. Custom orders, custom painted products, light bulbs, shades and parts are not returnable. Clearance items cannot be returned. International orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Defective oversized items qualify for Free Returns. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico orders don’t qualify for Free Returns.

Non-defective goods: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to contact us at info@brilliantoutdoors.com and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA or RMA). Please allow at least five business days for an RGA or RMA number. Returned items must be new, unused, unaltered and properly repacked in original packaging along with all included parts and must returned to the correct address. Items that have been installed cannot be returned. Returned packages must be marked with RGA or RMA number. Please E-mail us tracking numbers for returned goods to guarantee and expedite your refund. Do not return merchandise back to our sales office. Returns without prior authorization are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be issued, upon inspection. Custom orders, custom painted products, light bulbs, shades and parts are not returnable. Clearance items cannot be returned. International orders are final and are not eligible for return. Please allow 1-2 weeks for a refund and do not chargeback with your credit card company. Chargebacks further delay refunds.

Defective Products: In rare cases when a product is defective, please notify us immediately and it will be picked up and replaced at our expense with the same item. We will mail you a prepaid return label. Upon shipment of a replacement you will be charged for the new replacement item and reimbursed as soon as defective product is returned back to the factory. This includes transformers that have malfunctioned.

We even pay your California Sales Tax. By California law, we are to charge sales tax (9.50% of your purchase) if your delivery address is in California, but as of 7/15/2014, we pay for your CA sales tax. Due to manufacturer restrictions, Hubbardton Forge is exempt from this promotion.

We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, Master Card, and payment via PayPal. Personal and company checks are accepted as well. Your card or PayPal will be charged once the order has been sent to the manufacturer, for it to be shipped. You will be notified of any backordered items via phone or e-mail after your order is placed.

We realize that receiving your order on a timely manner is important. As a courtesy, we offer: 3-day delivery or get $50 (on orders of $300 or more.)

This applies to orders of $300 or more. Item has to be in stock and not back-ordered or on clearance. You will be notified of backordered items. Truck orders, custom orders and wholesale orders are exempt form this promo. No delays for extreme weather conditions or Holidays.
